Frequently Asked Questions . . .

I live local to you, can I organize a collection?

In short, Yes! If you live close enough to us to collect then sure! Order through the Website and select Collection, I will email or call to let you know your order has been processed and organize a collection time from Llandrillo Post Office or Capel Hermon Business Centre, depending where I am on the day!

Where do I find allergy information?

Allergy information can be found in the descriptions of each of our cosmetic products in the shop section. However, please contact us if you have any queries regarding any of the ingredients. Our customers health always takes precedence.. Contact Us or message us on Facebook/Instagram. We are more than happy to provide any additional information you need.

I love your products, do you offer Wholesale?

Yes we do! we have a section dedicated to this. Head to the Order Wholesale section! Here you will find a general overview of our wholesale process (minimum orders to the value of £150), but also how to become a stockist and access to our wholesale prices.

Are your products Vegan Friendly, and how do I know which ones aren’t?

Not all of our Cosmetic Products are Vegan Friendly. We make sure to list all ingredients within the instructions so you know exactly what is used. If it’s not clear from the ingredients list that an item is not vegan friendly, we make sure, again to note it in the description, such as our Marshmallow Treat Soap.

Can you personalise cosmetics?

The only aspect that can be personalised is shape or size. To sell Cosmetics, it is a legal requirement to have the recipe assessed, and you MUST stick to it. This being said, please contact us to discuss any personalisation to do with packaging i.e adding hearts to the sleeve for Valentines Day, Balloons in the background for a birthday gift…

Do you use plastic packaging?

Due to the nature of our soaps, and the production process we use, Shrink Wrap is the only material we can use that protects and preserves our soaps before they are ready to be used. Apart from our soaps, we are slowly fazing out plastic in other aspects of our business. I will be doing a dedicated Blog post to this in the future.
